WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
Address workplace concerns promptly and fairly, balancing the needs of employees with organizational goals.
Conduct thorough, impartial investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and allegations, ensuring confidentiality and fairness (ability to travel when needed).
Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees and managers, promoting open communication and constructive outcomes.
Interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure consistency and compliance.
Collaborate with HR leadership to review and update policies as needed to reflect organizational values and legal requirements.
Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees on topics such as workplace harassment, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
Provide coaching and resources to managers to improve their ability to handle employee relations issues effectively.
Partner with HR and leadership teams to assess and enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention strategies.
Recommend and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Track and analyze employee relations trends to identify root causes and recommend proactive solutions.
Prepare regular reports on employee relations activities and outcomes for senior management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, HR generalist roles, or a similar capacity.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated ability to conduct sensitive and complex investigations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse employee groups.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, focusing on fairness and equity.
Experience with HR systems and tools for reporting and data analysis.
Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
This position may require up to 60% travel to attend meetings, support on-site operations, conduct investigations, or engage with key stakeholders.
