CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT

StateWide Property Holdings Ohio LLC (the “Company”) is hiring for Customer Care Consultant at our dispensary. The Company has partnered with Jushi as the management services provider, overseeing day-to-day operations and administration. While Jushi supports the management and operational aspects of the business, all employment and compensation decisions are the sole responsibility of StateWide Property Holdings Ohio LLC.

The Company is expected to transfer ownership of the dispensary in the first half of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Adhere to the company mission statement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
  • Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns.
  • Lead tours of sales floor within the store, making product recommendations based on ongoing research of products available.
  • Retain thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the customer and member benefits, discounts, coupons and promotions, encouraging memberships for guests.
  • Abide by-product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies as well as regulatory agency compliance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of store by stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
  • Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure sales, guest satisfaction, and designated timelines meet compliance goals.
  • Ensure safety and security standards are maintained including but not limited to, monitor CCTV, assist with crowd control, monitor security alarm systems and conduct internal and exterior inspections.
  • All other job duties as assigned.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 
  • High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
  • Must be willing to submit and pass a comprehensive background check
  • Prefer to have previous dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of cannabis
  • Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals
  • Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling
  • Must be flexible regarding work schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, opening and closing
  • Must be reliably on time and be proud to be consistent and reliable.
  • Must possess good judgement and use time wisely and productively

  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks
  • Frequently sitting, standing and walking
  • Occasionally reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally Twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl
  • An environment with moderate to loud noise level
