THE TEAM:

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, Jushi is a vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis company that develops and operates high-end retail locations, premium brands, state-of-the-art cultivation, processing, manufacturing facilities, along with a cutting-edge online platform that is setting a new standard for a sophisticated, data-driven, modern cannabis experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • The Wholesale Sales Manager reports to the VP of Wholesale
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goal 
  • Increase Jushi brand distribution and customer count in the state of NV
  • Manage existing relationships with wholesale accounts and serve as the point of contact for orders, needs, and requests 
  • Continually create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas, and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections
  • Serve as the face of Jushi in the NV wholesale market and maintain expertise and working knowledge of competitive activity, market drivers, pricing trends, and sales opportunities
  • Coordinate and run pop-up events for Jushi brands at wholesale accounts and Jushi retail stores
  • Provide in-store training on brands and products to accounts 
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions 
  • Set and track sales account targets and monitor sales metrics 
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Expert in all Jushi brands and communicates the value of products
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge, including regulatory knowledge
  • Represent Jushi at industry events throughout the state
  • Relay vendor and customer feedback to commercial and sales departments for continuous improvement
  • Support and execute local marketing initiatives as needed
  • Monitors how Jushi products are merchandised and displayed in dispensaries as well as online  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 50% to 70% travel; must have a car
  • Non-traditional work schedule including occasional evening and weekend work
  • High school diploma/GED. Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred; cannabis knowledge required; this person will be our product expert 
  • Previous experience in a sales position preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism, organization, and emotional intelligence 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Extroverted and enthusiastic personality
